It’s more important than ever that we all do our bit for the planet whether that’s trying to recycle more, use eco-friendly products or use the car less.

At Beauty by Rebekah, it’s no different. As a business, I have a responsibility to do my best to reduce my carbon footprint. One way I’m doing this is through the products I stock in the salon.

I use award-winning skincare products from Katherine Daniels as it’s the best, but a big positive of this brand is they are environmentally conscious too, meaning I can help my client achieve amazing results, all while being kinder to our planet.

The Katherine Daniels product packaging goes through stringent stability and compatibility tests to ensure the ingredient is stable in the product formulation, keeping it fresh and free from bacteria once it arrives in salon for you and for the duration of its life.

Their bottles, tubes and product cartons are all recyclable too. In fact, most of their packaging components are disposable in an environmentally friendly way.

Here are a list of ways Katherine Daniels try their best to make their products as environmentally friendly as possible:

• Shipping Products - Their warehouse, where possible, use shipping materials which are recycled and/or recyclable.
•  Product cartons all carry the FSC logo - The FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) demonstrates our commitment to responsible sourcing. It identifies responsibly sourced forest products, it’s the worlds most trusted sustainable forest management solution and it’s their continued commitment to environmental responsibility. Katherine Daniels cartons are made from cardboard which comes from responsibly managed forests with zero deforestation.
•  Keeping Products Pristine - You’ll see their products are wrapped in film. This protects the packaging ensuring it arrives with no marks, no flaws, nothing less than our client deserve. Since the start of 2021 Katherine Daniels began the move to a compostable /recyclable film, Natureflex. All their products are now wrapped in Natureflex. They now pledge to only buy this film.
• Several of Katherine Daniels Step 1 products are now available as a refill.
