Order Process
Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive an e-mail detailing your purchase.
A follow up email will be sent once we dispatch your order, letting you know it’s on its way. We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day.
Please allow approximately 1-5 working days from the date of dispatch for your order to arrive, depending on the chosen service.
Click & Collect you will receive an email with confirmation of the day and time slot you have chosen to collect your item/s
Good to Know
Please note Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
You can arrange Click and collect from The Garden Salon, 105 Stonefall Avenue, Harrogate, HG2 7NS.
Deliveries may take slightly longer during busy sale periods. Although we will always keep you informed.
Royal Mail, if you are not at home when they attempt to deliver, they will leave a red, “Something For You” card. Take this, plus ID to your local sorting office to collect your parcel the next working day.
Returns
We hope that you will love your Katherine Daniels Products, but if you do wish to return or exchange an item please read our Returns Policy below.
How to Return Items
E-mail us at info@beautybyrebekah.co.uk to let us know that you’d like to return your order. Please include the following information

If you would like an exchange, replacement or refund.
Securely re-wrap your item/s. Attach a label with our return address. Return Address, Beauty By Rebekah, 105 Stonefall Avenue, Harrogate, HG2 7NS
Return via your local Post Office.
We recommend that you use a service that is tracked, as we cannot accept responsibility of any items lost whilst on their way back to us.
Please opt for Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class which starts from £3.90 when purchased online. If you decide to choose a quicker service than advised, we will, at most refund the cost of a Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class service only.
Ask for a Proof of Postage receipt, which you should keep hold of until your refund has been processed.Once we receive your order, we will reimburse the bank account used to purchase the item/s with a refund. You will be credited with a refund for:
Any unwanted Items that have been returned to us in a resaleable condition
The cost of return postage (original delivery postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty)Please allow 48 hours from when we receive your item/s to process the refund
Once we have processed the refund we will e-mail you confirmation.
Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account.
Return Policy
You have 14 days from the day you receive your items to request a refund or exchange.
Customers are entitled to a full refund (including all postage) up to 30 days after receiving their items if they turn out to be faulty.
All payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
We will not reimburse original delivery costs when sending back orders unless the item is faulty.
All goods must be in a resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items appear to be tampered with and cannot be resold.
All of the above is in addition to your usual statutory rights.
Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Vouchers valid for 12 months from date of purchase
- Vouchers Validity cannot be extended
- Treatments need to be booked in advance
- Bookings made with vouchers need 24 hours notice of cancellation otherwise the voucher will become invalid
- Cash cannot be exchanged for vouchers or change given
- Beauty By Rebekah cannot be responsible for lost vouchers
- Voucher exchangeable for treatments only
